Return Policy
Since all of our items are special order and custom made merchandise - All Sales Are Final.
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 5 days of delivery in order for us to
address the situation. Custom made and personalized items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
We will gladly reproduce any custom order if we made a mistake on our end.
Returns must be approved prior to any merchandise being shipped back. Please contact us for an RMA.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, we are happy to do so as long as the order is not yet in
production, however some miscellaneous charges may apply if custom artwork, pattern or stencil creation
has been done. If your order is already in production it will not be possible to cancel.
Maury's Stained Glass stands behind all of the merchandise that we create and sell. We will happily
accept returns If the order is wrong because of our error. We will not issue refunds for orders where the
customer has supplied incorrect information or where general dissatisfaction or purchase regret arises.
Please carefully proof all information provided to us and at the time the price quote is returned for
authorization prior to work commencing.
